Our wines
Le Château Borie Neuveis a family estate, located in the Minervois countryside. Nestled between vineyards and garrigue, this estate at the gateway to the city of Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi is the pure product of family work.
Indeed, no less than three generations of the Correia family work together: Marcel, the grandfather, two of his sons, Philippe and Bruno, and Benjamin, his grandson, Bruno's son.
It is the story of a life, the history of a family who, through hard work and perseverance, has regrouped and enlarged its estate of about 100 hectares of vineyards and scrubland.
Bruno Correia, a passionate winegrower, leads his team who work with numerous grape varieties such as Cinsault, Grenache (white, black), Syrah, Caladoc, Merlot, Viognier, Roussanne, Vermentino and Muscat petit grain.
A wide variety of grape varieties associated with the sublime Minervois terroir The Minervois is a land of garrigues, Aleppo pines and holm oaks where the scents of thyme, rosemary, lavender and rockrose are expressed. The terroir is often composed of clay and limestone slopes.
All these particularities mentioned above give wines with specific characters to the vineyard wines Our wines are fruity and identify with the values of our terroir. Like our reds "Cuvée Benjamin" and "Camille", which are listed in the Guide Hachette, our white "Chemin de Traverse" and our rosé "Les Terrasses", which have won numerous awards.
